Jambatan Kandek-Biak : Bayaran Pampasan Tanah

Penulis bersama pekerja ukur semasa mereka menjalankan kerja-kerja ukur untuk projek Jambatan Kandek-Biak.
Apa sudah jadi dengan projek pembinaan jambatan Kandek-Biak ini? Dengar ceritanya pemaju ada membuat pebincangan dengan pemilik-pemilik tanah yang terkena dengan projek ini mengenai bayaran pampasan pengambilan balik tanah.

Dengar ceritanya pehak pemaju nak bayar papmpasan itu selepas jambatan siap dibina.
Mengapa begitu? Ilmu alam mana belajar hutang-hutang ni? Mengapa tidak buat pembayaran sebelum masuk tapak? Ini tidak betul.

Sebelum masuk tapak, pehak pemaju perlu jelaskan dulu bayaran pampasan pengambilan balik tanah. Kos projek selalunya sudah merangkumi kos bayaran pampasan tersebut.

Pemilik tanah bukannya haiwan untuk diperbodohkan sedemikian rupa.

Insya Allah saya akan update lagi mengenai projek jambatan ini. Kita tuntut sampai dapat apa yg mereka janji pada kita. Insya Allah.

Hanya Allah pelindung dan pembantu kita semua.

Buta Politik
